I'm Mel, a chef and pastry chef from Argentina, now embracing the vibrant culture of the Middle East for over five years. My culinary journey has been one of transformation, merging my passion for cooking with a quest for a healthier lifestyle. The challenge? Making those healthy habits stick. It wasn't just about willpower; I needed knowledge. So, I took a leap and became a certified health coach at the IIN Institute, blending my culinary expertise with the principles of healthier living.

My approach is unique, focusing on tailor-made wellness plans that not only promote healthy eating but also foster a positive relationship with food.
